“Elegant and accomodating”
Great hotel, instead of calling me a taxi for my meeting, they drove me there free of charge in a mercedes sedan (of course I tipped good!) I was very impressed. It's not very often I am surprised with over the top treatment. Great staff and a pleasent stay. Well worth the price paid.
“Nice hotel, but customer service lacking”
We arrived late in the afternoon after driving 8 hours. I had requested two beds and was told we asked for one king. Even though I had email confirmation, I was told no doubles were available. I prefer my own bed because of joint problems, but the front desk did not seem eager to try to accommodate or express regret for the mix-up. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and in the end we enjoyed our stay. I wish the staff had been a little more accommodating.
“Great Dallas Hotel!”
Clean and nice hotel. Great location and good service!
“First stay not the Last”
This hotel was great from the time of arrival to the time of departure.
“Excellent Stay”
The service was great. Unfortunately we did not get to utilize the Spa services but the stay was great. Very relaxing.
“Lovely Getaway”
My husband and I chose this hotel as a weekend "getaway". Though the local shopping was more limited than we expected, the overall experience was wonderful. We've never been more relaxed after a 24-hour period.
“Very pretty and comfortable”
The hotel was in a nice neighborhood and close to many nice restaurants and venues. The service was great which made my stay worthwhile.
“Great Hotel.Great Location.Great Resturants. Great Spa.”
staff was great! The resturants were fantastic including service. starbucks was next door (actually in hotel sorta). great gym and spa. Rooms were on the small side but everything in it was nice Great bathroom products. Great value!
“The best hotel in Texas”
The very pleasant surprise of how elegant the hotel, area, restaurants will be memorable, first class in every way. The hotel building is so elegant and every other aspect of a short stay in Dallas made the trip seem wonderful.
“Very Nice Hotel”
There was no one there to take our luggage out of the car and take it in. The valet to park out car was there, but did not offer to unload our luggage. It was a great hotel though.
