"There was a broken outlet in our room and it smelled funny. Like socks. Ewww. Housekeeping brought an air freshener and that was really nice. Also we didn’t find recycling bins in lobby and there were plastic cups in breakfast. We expect a better sustainability program in a 4 star hotel. But breakfast was delish and our room was clean and the pool was nice."
