“"Can't wait to go back"”

The room was a good size. The sofa was extremely cofortable. Flat screen TV was a big size for the room, every one could see the TV no matter where you where in the room. Very quite position. Room was serviced every day.

“Good value through Expedia”

A good sized, well appointed room. Air conditioner operates well but we would have preferred to be able to adjust the fan settings and directions. Complimentary use of computers in reception and off-street car parking add to this hotel being a good value for money choice. Also friendly and helpful staff. Trying to extend our stay by one night directly with the hotel showed what a competitive rate we had got through Expedia!

“Regular travellers”

Close to everything. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Meals also available. Kitchen staff is very friendly and accommodating. Excellent food at the restaurant. Counter staff very helpful. Rooms are very big, neat and comfortable. Great New furbished rooms. The best of all the free internet. Novotal is our hotel and we always stayed with them internationally and nationally..We will stay there again. Highly recommended.

“Lovely stay”

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious and again the restaurant staff were very friendly.

“Great work”

Great position to the centre of the city. Excellent staff, willing to help with your requests. I left my toothbrush charger in the room and returned a week later on a Sunday and whilst housekeeping had gone for the day the front office staff member said that she would have a look to see if she could find it. In a short period of time she cam back with the charger. I am so sorry I do not know the name of the girl, full marks to all concerned. It will also be great when the property next door is completed.

“Fair only”

Room cleanliness was a dissapointment upon arrival. This was then attended to by hotel staff following our insistence. Room facilities are old & tired and need an upgrade. Staff informed us this is planned in the forseable future. Otherwise our stay was fine.

“Stale”

The hotel foyer looked like it could do with a freshen up. Doesn't look like they have done anything new with it in years. But the rooms were better than the foyer. Internet service was not working. Overall and for the price, it gets a pass from me, just.
