“Miranbeena was perfect for us”
We booked a standard room with two queen beds. The room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition, solid walls blocked outside noise which made for a peaceful nights sleep. Centrally located in the city with Woolworths and local buses and taxis across the road made it very easy to explore the city without a car. The front counter and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful......A perfect place to stay in Darwin!
“Very Impressed”
I was very impressed by the City of Darwin, it was everything I expected it to be. The Hotel was lovely and the staff were helpful and friendly. I would recommended it to anyone wanting to stay. It is centrally located to all areas.
“comfortable,quiet hotel”
This hotel was centrally located in a quiet street across the road from Woolworths and the public bus stop. A good spacious room, with a large, clean bathroom. There were 2 pools, one under cover and one not. We did not have breakfast but had the toast and coffee breakfast on our last day which was good. The only criticism I have is that information regarding hotel amenities was on the back of the map that we were given when we arrived rather than on a folder kept in the room. Also breakfast information was displayed near the foyer rather than also in the room.

Older styled rooms, Clean, close to shops nice pool areas staff helpful and polite had no major issues just a great time in Darwin

I had read a number of reviews on this hotel and was a little worried but there was not need. It is a lovely hotel, rooms were clean and tidy, staff were helpful & it is convenient to everything. Would definately stay here again.

“hotel rating”
I arrived at 7 am from the airport, was allowed to use the pool facilities untill my room was ready by 11 am. Normal check-in time is 2 pm.
“Very comfortable”
We stayed one night before an early morning flight. Room was quite large and very comfortable. Pool was beautiful and it is a 2 minute walk to Mitchell St. where there are many restaurants - a Woolies is across the street. Would stay there again without hesitation. Very good value.
“Great base to experience the attractions of Darwin”
I stayed in a budget room for two nights. The location within the complex was away from the pool and restaurant areas but close to reception and parking. I did not dine at the hotel or use the pool facilities but they seemed to be well patronised. My only criticism of the room was that it had limited views and lacked a chair of any sort (it did have bedding for four people however). The location of the hotel is ideal for visitors to the cbd. It is less than 5 mins walk from the city centre which puts it just far enough away from the action to be quiet and restful. All staff were friendly and helpful. In my opinion this hotel represents great value for money.
