"The hotel was good after talking to someone I was able to get things straighten out. My room was clean just a few minor things such as the bed was almost on the floor (low). The floor was clean just sticky. Cell phone issues due to the area. Really know what to make sure I ask for next visit. Still good to stay."

"After our arrival we sat down at the bar. Took a while before anyone acknowledged we were there. A kid asked if we wanted water. He brought over 2 and one had a pink substance in it. I asked for another with the same result. He said someone would be with us shortly. After sitting there watching the staff complain about wire job another couple says down and was served immediately. Breakfast the next morning was not much better. Waiting to be seated the person sitting people told the couple in front of us that they weren’t going to inconvenience their staff to clean a table they requested outside. Has to get our own cream for coffee from the bar. Had to get up to find someone to refill coffee and had to go back to the bar for more cream whatching most of the staff in a room talking with each other. Customer service was atrocious."
"For the price the location was great! Note that parking is not free and should be more obviously stated. Guest parking is also not free and is not at the hotel it's across 2 streets. The pool bar has been closed for a long while. Had a great time, clean and friendly staff. Good bang for your buck at this location you can walk everywhere!"
