"Great location. Very clean and well maintained. Direct access to the beach. Beautiful views from the balcony and reasonably priced. Love the bracelet keys. Stayed here partially for the kitchen to save on eating out. The kitchen is a little sparse. We would have liked to have seen baking pans, spray cleaner to wipe down kitchen counter tops, pot holders, and a larger pot. We had several frying pans for cooking only. Perhaps some basic kitchen supplies like salt and pepper and oil. One of the TV's did not work through out the stay and we were told the pervious week had lots of storms and the box would have to be replaced by the "tv company." This was not done during our stay. Wasn't a big deal as we were in need of the tv very little. The bar downstairs is nice with good food and fun alcoholic smoothies. They have wait staff who will bring these items to you while you lounge near the pool or in beach viewing areas which was very nice. Watch the mandatory 18% gratuity when tipping. Our room had a great view of the Saturday night fireworks from the pier. Great floor plans to optimize views from as much of the room as possible. Elevators were fast and frequent. Bikes available for rent. Overall would highly recommend and return."

"Overall a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, quiet and I felt safe traveling solo. The ocean view was worth it for every sunrise. Only real concern at first was location but once inside I felt very safe and taken care of. A true sanctuary. Notable the shower surround is very clean but visible wear noted...probably from the very clean nature of the shower. We were right off the elevator and even that location was quiet all 5 days I was there. Staff was great! The parking was on-site but also cost $10/day which isn't what was listed on the booking site. Once booked then I got notice of the charge. I didn't mind it bc the parking was close and easy."

"Overall this was a very nice place with friendly staff. This issues that we had were taken care of and the main desk was super apologetic. The restaurant down stairs was great both with food and service and we enjoyed the outdoor seating. The rooftop bar is definitely an area for improvement. Service up there was some of the worst I’ve seen but everyone had bad days so I’m not bashing them overall. Parking at this hotel is the only real downside, there is none. If you can even find a place don’t leave it or you won’t get another. Parking passes from the desk are clearly just a suggestion because everyone doing anything down that way parks in the parking lot as well. This place needs more parking or the city needs to add a parking garage."
