"I don’t like the fact that they charge you $25 parking, I feel like if I booked a room through you then you should give me a parking pass to put in my car so that they know that I am a guest of that hotel! Either that or it should be included in the price of the hotel so you know upfront. The rooms were nice and big and clean. I wish they had coffee available in the room. The bed was great as well."
"The pool is currently closed for remodeling. The pool was a large part of why I booked this property since the temps were going to be 85+ degrees. I requested a room refresh (removing used towels and bringing clean replacements and emptying all the trash cans, and restocing the tea and coffee) when we were out going to be out of the room from 11 am - 3 pm. Housekeeping never showed up and the front desk attendant gave me a lot of excuses as to why this wasn't done after we called twice to follow up."
"$8 for parking in a lot that’s still under construction seems excessive. A $75 deposit on an $89 hotel room also feels pretty steep. It seems like if a little less money was spent on cameras and a little more was invested in guest services and the overall guest experience, things might work out a lot better."
"Great place for an overnight with shuttle to airport, plus great for parking. Staff very helpful. Only request would be for more vegetarian gluten free options for breakfast and grab and go meals. Thank you for your hospitality!"
