“Great hotel with not so great pillows”
Overall the hotel is great. Staff was awesome and breakfast was good. Only downfall for us were the pillow, if you can even call them that, but this would not keep us from going back.
“This hotel exceeds expectations in every way!”
Every staff member at this hotel treated my family and I with kindness and courtesy. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way ... quiet, comfortable, above-standard for this brand, and accomodating. The free breakfast was more than that typically offered at most high-end hotels. I cannot commend the staff at Comfort Suites Highlands Ranch enough. They go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is enjoyable and relaxing. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend it highly.
“Impressed”
I just recently visited this hotel for my first trip in Colorado. Even though I really was only at the hotel to sleep I still felt welcome every time I came into or left the hotel. Every single person was nice and always very helpful. The only thing I did not like was that they did not have a pool and because i was not from the area I didnt know that this was really more of a business hotel according to one of the ladies at the front desk. She not only was rude, but very sarcastic and I was not thrilled at all with her. She told me she knew the hotel across from them had a pool and I asked her if they were affiliated with them and she said no. Really? I then asked her why did she suggest the hotel next door if she knew I could not take my children there. Of all the people at the Front Desk she was extremely rude. However the other ladies there made up for her being rude so glad I only had to see her one day of my vacation. I suggested to them that they make a list of things to do in Colorado because it will help people that are not from the area. The manager got right on it and is also looking into places that will allow their guest to go swimming...They even made my girls gift bags. Loved those ladies....

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The beds were far superior to most hotel beds and were comfortable for my husband and I who are both taller than average! There were even extra pillows on the bed, and more in the drawers. The breakfast was a great benefit that we weren't aware of. The location was good, too. Easy to find, and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. I really can't think of anything bad to say about our stay there!

My son and I stayed here in mid-January. Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was very well maintained inside and out. The front desk desk was very, very helpful and always pleasant. The location was ideal in that restaurants were nearby in addition to great shopping. We will definitely book our Denver stays at this hotel in the future.
“conference trip”
the hotel was a blessing but hard to find and due to road construction was difficult to find and get to some nights. But the hotel itself is amazing and the staff was also amazing. this hotel actually has hot breakfast in their continental breakfast which is almost uneard of when traveling and they also offered cookies at night. the employees were genuine and liked their jobs which is also rare. And the atmosphere was relaxed and peaceful. What a great stay! Thank You Comfort suites! You added volumes to my trip!!
