“Not what was Expected”

My Wife and I came out to Denver, CO from Las Vegas. I was out there to get a lot of specialized testing at NJH. We got there on a Friday and on Monday my wife got sick with altitude sickness and was admitted to the hospital from Monday through Tuesday after this bad situation it gets worse. On Tuesday evening 911 was called and the paramedics were dispatched to the hotel for me for an asthma attack/ anaphalactic reaction. I was in the hospital from Tuesday to Thursday. During all this time the hotel staff made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond what normal hotels will do to make sure we were all taken care of and doing okay. Another thing was that if you feel or hear something the makes you think something is wrong my wife called down to the front desk because she heard a loud scream and they sent somebody to investigate within 2 min. so they take there guests safety seriously which is another plus.

“Remodeling?”

I guess they were doing some remodeling on the hotel because there were matresses piled high in the parking lot. The 2nd floor deck in front of our room was severly warped and the stair case was blocked off (presumably for saftey reasons). The shower was nice and hot and the price was right! Its not what I would call a "nice" hotel (its actually a motel) but this matters little to someone like me.

Don't expect too much but for this kind of price it's awesome!

Liked it for it most helpfull Staff far enough from hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to get to anywhere you wanted to go

Good hotel, but could use some TLC.

“Just don't go outside your room”

The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the neghborhood was much to be desired. There was a lady that lived at the hotel below us and when we got there she didn't say hello, she yelled at us not to park in front of her room because if we did her dog would bark all night at our vehicle. It was priced well for what we got, but I would not recommend it if you were to stay in Denver for serveral days.

“It'll Do In A Pinch”

Downtown, rough neighborhood, tiny AC unit, took 2 hours to cool down. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

“Traveler from Durango”

Hotel front desk personnel was great. The room was very outdated and had multiple burns in curtains and sink. the onsight restaurant had terrible service. But the location is great for sports fans.

“pretty week”

The phone the lights the alarm clock all didn't work. the contenintal b-fast was a joke.

“Discusting”

2 square feet of mold on wall. Herendous smell in room Afraid to use the restroom, In about the worst area of Denver. Room door did not work right so I had to go to front desk at 2 in morning to get someone to fix it. People at front desk were nice and helpful though. Spend 10 extra dollars and stay somewhere safe and clean, not at this days inn.
