The property is beautifully decorated and the rooms are spacious and the beds most comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious with a double sink vanity. If you can, stay on one of the Executive Tower floors. You will then be able to enjoy a wonderful breakfast and a fantastic Happy Hour each day in the Executive Lounge on the 19th floor. The staff members up there are wonderful. Also, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the Victoria & Albert waterfront that runs until 11pm, which is very convenient. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Had a brilliant stay in this hotel, if you are looking for a base in central Cape Town then look no further. Is even a taxi rank right outside if you don't hire a car. If you do hire a car then there's a multi storey car park behind the building which is a good price. We requested a room towards the top of the building before we travelled as had read about street noise and if our room had been towards the ground floor this may have been an issue. Maids come several times a day. Good cooking facilities. We read reviews about it being in a bit of a dodgy area of town but we saw no evidence of this during our 2 week stay.

Awesome place.. Will recommend highly this place to families with kids.. Close to all fun places..

The riad Lygnes (spelt wrong sorry) was an oasis of clam in a mad city. Very clean and calm and staff very very helpful. Most spoke English and all French of course. Breakfast was a cut above a continental with omlette offered and lovely fresh orange juice. Ask for the room at the end opposite to the entrance as it has a spiral staircase that leads up onto the roof and a private jacuzzi. This riad is away from the group of the other four and is small but it means there are not many taking up space on the roof. it only has a plunge pool.

Excellent hotel and very relaxing place to stay. It is within walking distance of kooutabia mosque and Jmaa el Fania. The food is excellent. Staff were always polite and helpful. The rooms were big, clean and overlooked the pool.

This hotel was amazing! The friendliest staff you could meet and everything you could want to do on holiday! We will be back
