Friendly respectable staff, always wanting to do more for you. Welcoming staff on arrival and always polite and courteous during my stay. Fantastic hotel in heart of city with great river views from the room and from the outside pool area, bar and restaurants.

We stay at the Lebua for 4 nights and it was great. Besides the room (very comfortable) and the view (we had a river view), the breakfast was really amazing! So, look for a rate including breakfast. The restaurants at the Dome were ridiculous expensive comparing with the local prices. It’s not worth going there, since you have the same view from your room and great restaurants in the city.

We arrive early in the morning and the hotel staff are very attentive in accommodating us.

They could not have been more helpful. Any request was met immediately. There were plenty of staff to help with anything. We appreciated the lounge with drinks and nibbles freely available. The personalised checkin/checkout was very nice.
