my 2 girls and i were very pleased , with the price,the room,the restaurnt and of coarse the staff, walking distance to B.C.DOME - GM PLACE -town lots of shopping

Excellent location, right next to Robson Street, a couple of blocks from the metro, lots of great restaurants. A 10 minute walk to catch the ferry to the Granville Public Market. Hotel is very comfortable, staff is great. Carly, one of the concierge, is exceptionally helpful! We would stay there again. Only downer is that you have to pay for Internet and there is no free wi- fi!

The staff make you feel like a long- lost friend. They are so welcoming and helpful. Raymond, the concierge, was outstanding. We arrived late in the evening off a flight from London and by next morning felt rejuvenated and ready to enjoy Vancouver. The room was so comfortable and so quiet that we just enjoyed every minute we were there. This is an ideal hotel for adults but absence of public spaces may make it less suitable for families

My husband and I have never stayed at a better quality hotel for the price in our lives. The only mediocre offering was the continental breakfast quality. Everything else was outstanding. The service was above and beyond. The rooms spacious, comfortable, quiet. The separate bath tubs are huge and inviting. I took two bubble baths while there. Everything is spic and span clean. The location is central to everything we wanted to do.

There are many aspects of this hotel that are very well executed and the experience there was better than expected. The rooms are very nice, clean and well appointed with great views of the harbour and the downtown area. The bathrooms are nice and the extra sink in the room is a great touch. Perhaps the best feature is the Fitness center which is large, with numerous machines and free weights, a great pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. If this is something that is important to you I would strongly recommend this hotel as it provides membership quality services included with the price of the room.

Perfect location. Walking distance to all sightseeing tours yet still away from the hustle and bustle in a most tranquil setting around the corner from all major hotels in the neighbourhood.

This is a very nice hotel right in the centre of Whistler Village. The staff very very friendly and accommodating. The interior of the hotel is superb. We were staying in the older section were I understand will be renovated. Would highly recommend the Crystal Lodge and would stay here again. Peter from Toronto.
