Upon arriving at the ITC in the hotel taxi, my husband and I immediately felt we were in for a treat as the driver spoke so highly of the hotel and we were not to be disappointed. From the minute that we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with true Indian style as we were offered an Indian sweet and a drink before being whisked off to the most fabulous room. We were looked after by their lovely staff and nothing was too much trouble and they were extremely accommodating. Not a detail was missed, from the divine toiletries to the most exquisite food that was available throughout the day – I particularly enjoyed their breakfast as I came across some new and exciting dishes (Vinod the waiter was so caringly, enchanting me with different treats each morning and bid us farewell with a Bon voyage cake, which was a lovely surprise). The hotel has a truly welcoming atmosphere and is a relaxing haven amidst the bustle of the city. I can honestly say that we left feeling truly rested after sleeping in such comfortable beds. We had both been looking forward to our vacation and have none too often been promised a 5* service that we never received. On this occasion not only was this standard met, but it was surpassed; I will have very fond memories of my ITC experience as it was truly special. I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly as both the staff and experience was nothing but outstanding and made my holiday one to remember.
