Good location, good staf and clean rooms, Thanh you

We had a very nice stay at the Piram. It's close to the train station so it was an easy walk from there. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very nice. Our room was very nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. There is an old lift that still works and that's fun to use, there's also a new modern one, both work equally as well. We would stay here again and recommend the Piram to our friends.

Having read reviews of this hotel I was more than happy with it. I had booked a standard twin room for my friend & I and upon arrival we upgraded to a Superior room for €20 per night. It was well worth it as the room seemed better finished and was on the 7th Floor overlooking Largo Augusto with a (small) balcony so it was just perfect for us. Everyone talks of the location of the hotel in Milan and yes its v central. Very handy from Linate too. €15 and 15-20mins in a taxi. The staff in the hotel were very helpful and we could not fault them (contrary to reviews) - for example we arrived at noon and we just wanted to leave off our bags but we were pleasantly surprised to find they had our room ready. This was fantastic and such a bonus after travelling since 5am. Breakfast was good - lots of choice and everthing was fresh and replenished regularly you'd have to be a fairly fussy eater not to find enough to eat in the morning. I pretty much ate the same food every morning and it was just what i wanted. The breakfast staff were all lovely - so helpful and they never stopped! Given how much this hotel stay cost and what we experienced then i would highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff that went overboard to make our stay enjoyable. Excellent breakfast and wonderful extras (slippers, bathrobe, coffee in lobby, outstanding breakfast, free Wi Fi, and free mini bar). The hotel was clean and convenient to the central Milan train station. The room was small but decent for European standards. The AC worked perfectly which was an added plus. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel. We will definitely stay again.

Great staff, helpful in every way. Clean rooms and easy access to city center

This hotel was centrally located in Florence with a few blocks walk to the Duomo and great shopping. The room was large with a few chairs for relaxing. The staff was helpful with making dinner reservations for us and also for recommending other places to eat. I must say that Claudio, who worked in the wine bar, gave us great wine recommendations and he also hooked us up with another great restaurant in Verona, which was amazing. He was the most helpful person and just a delight to talk too. If you want good wine, see this man.
