really nice comfortable hotel with very good staff. upgraded on arrival and had great view of petronas towers. bottled water replenished every day with no charge.(evian in mini bar v expensive) tv had limited channels and picture coul have been better. chinese restaurant superb. service around the pool excellent. worst thing is trying to cross the road near hotel,very dangerous but taxis aiways available from hotel entrance. these are the blue ones.they charge a bit more but worth it. hotel very well placed for suria and pavillion shopping centres.

We were very happy staying in this hotel. It is comfortable and convenience to go anywhee as the hotel just doorstep near to Bus Terminal. Shopping Centres and food/restaurants are within a stone throw distance. Especially I was enjoying eating Chiew Chow 'ChengLow' in one of the shopping center nearby.

Great Hotel in a great spot. Stayed 5 nights in the new annex section, of the hotel, which had only been open a month. On the 12th floor with great room and view. Walking distance to everything in George Town and also has a free shuttle service to its sister hotel, so saved on taxi fares to the night markets and butterfly park.

Staff very courteous and helpful. Room clean. Breakfast good variety. Both myself and my wife have been staying there for our last few visits. Will continue to book that hotel for our trips to Penang.

The new Premier rooms is great and has never failed me. Equatorial has always been my choice in Melaka despite the stiff competition around. Staff are efficient and very polite. Location of hotel is excellent. Thumbs up!

This is the best hotel in melaka, great location wit sea viwe near to the only three malls in melaka and all activetis you'll do and the pleaces you'll visit there. The room was nice big and clean, the staf were frindly, nice and helpful, and the breackfast was great.
