“Accommodating Service”
I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was accommodating to all of our needs. We had some guests come over to visit my mother and the room got very hot. We opened the door to let in some air and was told by security that the door could not be propped open. He offered to open the window for us to let in some air but the window could not be opened. He brought a fan up immediately to help cool down the room. We appreciated him trying to find a solution to a problem.
“Outstanding breakfast included”
What a bargain this hotel is! Omelets cooked to order, spacious breakfast room with no waiting, and an attentive service staff - ALL included in the price of the room. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had 2 double beds and an adjoining sitting room - lots of space for the three of us. I'm a new fan of Embassy suites - especially this one!

Good location for what we needed. Rooms were clean. Breakfast is good liked the fresh omlettes. Also enjoyed free drinks in the evening. We would come back again.

Nice hotel, rooms were clean but carpeting in the hallways was full of spots and in need of a good cleaning or replacement. Carpeting in the room however was just fine
“Good”
I thought I was getting a non-smoking room, but it smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Breakfast was nothing to write home about - the day I ate there, it opened late, so that may be part of the reason. The melon was hard.

I and my family were pleased with the initial encounter with the hotel staff, friendly, well informed, and very professional. The suite was like very nice apartment.

Great place to stay in the suburbs of detroit. Breakfast and accomodations were amazing.
“Won derful hotel experience”
A wonderful hotel. Even though I booked at last minute, everything was ready when I checked in. Very helpful front desk. Great free breakfast buffet! The hotel even had a sign showing what times were the busiest for the breakfast, so you could avoid high traffic time! Room was right by elevators, I was worried that there would be lots of noise...but there wasn't.
