The property is outdated, one of the Elevators was out of order and the maintenance of the property is a 5 out of 10, also the bathroom fan was broken and the television didn't work properly, it kept going in and out. One good thing it has a spacious parking lot.

Room was a little scuffed…TV remote didn’t have a back on it and the batteries were in wrong lol putting in TV channel #s didn’t work so had to use the arrows to actual have the channels work or else they were static/not available. Pool door lock didn’t work so you/anyone could just waltz in. No towels down there either. Jacuzzi jets were out of order.

The staff was great and ran the hotel well. The hotel itself has seen better days. The furniture and carpets were kept “clean” and maintained but they have seen better days. You get what you pay for and this was in an easy location near food and grocery options for a cheap price. Breakfast was decent, didn’t use the pool due to time but loved there was an indoor pool and hot tub.

While the location was convenient and Stephen at the front desk was exceptionally helpful, I was very disappointed with the condition of my accommodations. My stay began in room #139, which was in poor condition. I noted burn marks on the walls and carpet, a cracked bathroom light switch, tape residue on the walls, and a missing smoke detector. Furthermore, there was an ant infestation on the counter and the room phone was non-functional. Most significantly, there was no hot water. Stephen informed me that a water heater was out and hot water was being distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. This should have been disclosed prior to check-in. I specifically booked a room with a jetted tub to manage muscle pain, and the lack of hot water rendered this amenity unusable. Although Stephen kindly moved me to a room with a jacuzzi, the continued lack of hot water meant I still could not use the facilities I paid for.

My stay had several issues. I found ants on and under the desk, and although I reported it, nothing was done. The TV did not work properly—no channels and the remote only powered it on/off. The curtains were also damaged. At the pool, there were no towels available. The front desk associate, who appeared to be the only employee on duty on a busy Saturday night, did his best and remained professional, but it took about 35 minutes to address the situation. Unfortunately, guests had to return to their rooms wet, creating slippery hallways. On a positive note, housekeeping staff were very friendly and hardworking. Breakfast was okay, and while the beds were comfortable, they were too soft for my preference. Overall, the hotel has potential but needs better maintenance and staffing.

Staff was great. Rooms were dirty. Had to change rooms once due to a cockroach running across the main tv shelf. Breakfast was late we had to skip it. Beds in our second room were good. Door latch mechanism was missing on bathroom door and roomdor lock was out of alignment and didnt lock
