"The staff were very very polite and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean. The rooms were clean and very nice. The only complaint I have is when booking the hotel I read reviews from March 2026 where the pool was out. I can confirm that as of June 8th the pool was still not working. I could have called ahead of time and checked but it would have been nice if they had just put a message in there since this has been a problem for several months. I was traveling with my family and my kids were excited to swim and that was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. I understand stuff breaks I just wish since it’s been several months down they had a note when booking. Overall if the pool had been working or I had been told ahead of time that it didn’t work I would say 5 stars."

"Check in was easy. The room had a comfortable bed, was a nice size/ layout with newer modern appearance. It looks like they are freshening the public spaces up a little from the presence of maintenance people and ladders. My room left a little to be desired in terms of the cleanliness off the floor, it was kind of gritty and the shower still had hair in one of the corners. I didn’t complain about it but I’m sure they would have done something about it if I had. Breakfast was pretty good with the warm dish being biscuit with sausage and gravy. Would stay again."
