"I liked the location and the breakfast buffets. My only issue is how hot the air conditioning is. I had asked for the air conditioner to be adjusted with the front desk staff on the first floor but nothing was done. My sister who stayed in a different room also asked the staff TWICE to help with the cooling in her room but the staff did nothing. Every morning I was waking up in a sweat and it was a terrible start to each day. I would not recommend this hotel due to the staff's ignorance and the controls they had in place to not allow customers to choose their level of comfort for cooling. I had paid extra for the premier services with the lounge (the lounge staff was good) but even with paying a higher fee, the room was so uncomfortable with how hot it was."

"The resort was so beautiful and well maintained. Food and beverage amazing! The friendliest most accommodating staff you could ever imagine. Made you feel special each and every day! Could not rate this hotel and experience any higher. It is expensive, we're not rich so it was a special occasion. We have stayed at 7 other Four Seasons hotels and other luxury hotels and resorts throughout the world over the years so we're not inexperienced either. So beyond the price of the room all other prices, food, beverage, experiences are in line with USD prices for luxury accommodations, so there no going inexpensive here. When you've been eating street food meals for 5-8 USD for two people with a beer or in a restaurant with a bottle of wine and a cocktail for $40-60 USD you'll notice the stark difference in price at the resort but you know that going in. And the hotel made it all worth it. We also stayed in the one bedroom beach front villa which made the stay extraordinary as we are beach people. Cheers, now go out and enjoy your next stay and if you can splurge this is a great spot unless your a fussy complainer and then of course we know you'll never be satisfied"
