“Superb hotel”
The hotel is in a central location has large rooms that are comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and efficient. There is quite a selection of restaurants.
“Highly Recommeded Hotel.”
The staff were pleasnat and helpful. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help me retrieve a lost item in the taxi that brought me from the airport to the hotel.
“Central Hotel for visiting city and beach”
Great hotel in a central location. Courtesy bus to/from airport hourly and also courtesy bus to beach and mall of the emirates 3 times a day. Hotel is on the main road that runs from Dubai to Abu Dhabi (14 lanes of traffic) so there is some traffic noise - even on the high floors but that shouldn't put you off staying. The staff are extremely friendly and there are no shortage of taxis at the front of the hotel to take you wherever at a very reasonable price. Outdoor pool is on the 3rd floor. This is very good size but if you want to sunbathe all day you need to be there early and make sure you are at the furthest away side - or you lose the sun at 2pm.
“Crowne Plaza Dubai worth the stay”
As always, staying at the Crowne Plaza hotel was a lovely experience. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The location was within driving distance of all the areas we wanted to explore, whether by taxi or hotel shuttle. My daughter and I enjoyed ourselves a great deal. My only complaint was the lack of transportation to greet us at the airport. However upon our departure transportation was made available.

A very pleasant experience, the staff was very friendly, greeted me promptly upon my arrival and was attentive to my needs during my stay. Due to airlines being how they are, I had to stay and extra day, the staff was very accomodating and ready to assist me with continuing my travel as soon as possible. As for the hotel itself, the location was great, good restaraunts were close by, the metro was across the street, taxies were very availible. The room was very clean and well laid out. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and stocked with the necessary items. I would have no issues referring my friends to this hotel.
“Home away from home”
Been going to the Crowne on SZR for about a year now. Always a fantastic experience. Excellent customer service, great restaurants, and great location. All around great value. Will continue to stay here for weekend excusions in Dubai.
