“Perfect for a short stay”
We loved the hotel; great facilities, lovely room and choice of bars/restaurants in the Crowne Plaza as well as next door to watch the sunset before deciding where to eat. Staff were very friendly and accommodating without being over the top. We were happy to stay in this part of Dubai as we were only there for a few days and were not intending to go to the beach. Taxis were very cheap and we did a lot of sightseeing, shopping and only wished we had more time to experience more of what Dubai has to offer.
“Wanderfull stay in Dubai”
My husband and I came to Dubai for a big convention show that we needed to go to. So we wanted a place to relax after each day of work. The Crown Plaza was very clean, nice and the staff was very friendly to accommodate us in every way. They even upgraded our room because we got in late. Our room had a wonderful view of the World Tallest Building. It is very near the airport and not to far away from site seeing around Dubai. There was also a canal walk along the Hotel with benches to sit on. There was a huge mall and several restaurants that were attached to the Hotel
“Very happy with our stay in this hotel”
We ended up upgrading our room for the breakfast and the internet access. We were offered the superior room. It was actually pretty spacious. Breakfast was very nice. Pool area though small, is actually comfortable. The shopping center next to the hotel is definitely a bonus. Definitely a hotel we will stay with again when in Dubai.
“Dubai's Best Valued 5 star!”
This is by far the best Hotel value I have experienced to date! This was actually my second stay! I work in Iraq and when it is time to relax, I want to relax! The hotel service, food, staff, room cleanliness were all top notch! I had a long trip and I remembered how fantastic this hotel was when I visited back in July! They did not disappoint! I had a late flight heading home for Thanksgiving and they were more than accommodating in allowing me extra time to rest. I left some electronic items in the room after checkout, when I returned the staff went out of their way to recover them for me! I still had time to kill so I had dinner at the Pub in the hotel...the food and atmosphere were great! Add the close proximity to the airport and you had one satisfied guest! There is mall with lots of eateries, an IKEA and Hyperpanda (Walmart) store for everything from highend to the basics all in the same complex. They city tour is great also...about 55 USD! For a work guy that like value for his dollar...this is the place to stay!
“Felt like home”
From the moment you step inside you know your going to be spoiled. Everything seemed so perfect. Check-in was a breeze and the staff was truly professional. Just about everyone spoke English and went out of their way to assist. The atmosphere is so refreshing and the modern decor makes the stay so enjoyable. A little about the room. I was upgraded to a suite even though I had booked a standard room. I told the receptionist that I had stayed at a Crowne Plaza hotel in America and she then upgraded me saying she wanted me to tell others about this hotel. The room was huge, it had 2 bathroms and a giant see through marbled bathtub and seperate rain forest shower. There's bath robes in the closet, put them on after a nice shower and walk around your room in style. I felt like a big shot and took pictures of my room. The bed was so soft and I slept really good. The view from my room was the best. It overlooked the ocean and the tallest building in the world, the Burj Dubai.

“Good new hotel in Dubai”
Brand new hotel; easy link to the Intercontinental with access to facilities. Pool area (3 pools) not enournous but fine. You can see but not hear the motorway. Covered walkway straight into Festival City shopping centre. Food in hotel restaurant not cheap. Hotel was way cheaper than comparable alternatives, perhaps because it's new. Close to airport.

i liked the room and everything in the hotel and there was somthings i liked such as -the elevator dont work until you use your room card -the room service and over all service was super, no one make you wait or say anything that may annoy you and no one act like he is tired and thw crew almost made me feel that they will do anything i ask -and they have six kind of pillows you can choose among them and somthings i kinda didnt like -the bed wasnt that comfort for me ( maybe other people will find it comfort) -the tv menu and how to get to your channel is kinda slow If You want to get a nice weekend with the Wife Alone with no kids , This is my Option for You
“Great Hotel at Festival City”
Everything was wonderful, the room was spacious and the bathroom was fantastic, huge bath with glass surround which looks through bedroom and then view of the creek. Complimentary toiletries, slippers and bath robes all included. Hotel staff very helpful and directly connects to Intercontinental next door which directly connects to Festival Centre which is a huge shopping Mall. Took a taxi at night to the Gold Souk in Deira which is about 8 min away and is very cheap. Bargain hard for jewellery and try and pay less than 30% than their list price. Would definately stay again as the location is good, very close to the airport for any early morning flights. Checkout took 5 seconds.
