“Great for a short stay.”
We arrived at 2am and checked out a 7.30am on our way home to Australia from Europe. The staff were friendly and helped us with our bags. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. Just what we needed to break up the long trip home. The next morning we only had to wait 5 min for a taxi back to the airport. I would stay here again but for longer next time.
“Nice Hotel”
Good Valet. Must use Valet for parking, as I could not find any other available. Great food and service.
“Excellent hotel”
Excellent hotel. Good sized room with one of the best beds I have ever slept in. Excellent modern bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. On the downside, internet access at the hotel is expensive and you really need to get a taxi or public transport to get to most of the sights, although as Dubai is so spread out no hotel is going to be central for everything. Hotel is only about 10-15 mins walk from the metro which means you can easily get to / from the airport or other stops on the metro. Recommended, would stay here again.
“Stay there every time I visit Dubai.”
Always top quality
“Best 4 Star Hotel in Dubai for the price!!!”
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for above 4 star accomodations at a 4 star price. The Hotel has been updated and remodeled. Everyone is helpful and courteous. Rooms are excellent. I especially like the bathrooms, even though they are a little small but very functional and modern. It is within walking distance to everything, Mall, Grocery, Pharmacy, Starbucks, ATM and anything else U can think of. I will dedfinitly stay at this Hotel evry time I visit Dubai. Cons: No club in Hotel - good for some people
“Impressing Hotel”
Perfect room and its in the middel of the center, Burjman mall near by just cross the street
“Best Hotel in the Neighborhood”
I've stayed at the Majestic which was nice. I've also stayed at the Ramada which is a block away and was very nice. But this was the best bang for the buck. Costs about the same as the Ramada and a little more than the Majestic. Very nice, clean and spacious room. Hotel staff was excellent. And the Sheraton is very conveniently located to the clubs at the York and the Imperial.
“The staff are very friendly nothing too much trouble.”
Excellent location, easy access to and from the airport.Very clean rooms and well maintained.Ideal for the souks and sightseeing both sides of the creek.
“great service!”
the hotel and service was outstanding! however, the hotel is probably more suitable for business travellers than holidaymakers! although it is great for being close to some souks it is a bit from the beach, yet the hotel runs a free shuttle bus to the beach!
“will go back again”
very central not far from the malls.
