“Grand Hyatt-felt like home!”
First trip to Dubai, I was not sure what to expect. The hotel made me feel very welcomed and the staff was very nice. The food choices were somewhat limited however, there is plenty of places to go. Loved the live piano band every night it was nice to have a cocktail. As far as decorations a little more "arabian style" would have been nice. The beds are very comfortable and clean, they take the time to ensure your comfort. I had a small baby and they catered to my every need! Would highly recommend this hotel!

On our way there, I did not know what to expect, it was sheer luck that got us here. All my fears had disappeared when I saw the waterfall at the entrance, it was beautiful and I knew that moment, I would have the time of my life staying here. The service was outstanding and I am definitely going back to enjoy more. This hotel deserves a gold star, for its sheer elegance, quality of hospitality and comfort to its clients.

Service was perfect. Hotel was breathtaking. The hotel was quite quiet and we had the great pool area almost to ourselves all week. We did not leave to leave the hotel. The room was stunning and it was definitely 5 star luxury. Very highly recommended.

There are expansive gardens, streams, and coy ponds in the lobby area. It was surrounded by bars/lounges and restaurants.

The Grand Hyatt Dubai was a great hotel. The staff was friendly, the grounds were awesome, the pool and pool bar were very nice. I would stay at this hotel again if I ever get the chance to go back to Dubai.

Room was spacy and clean, nice lobby, indoor and outdoor pool, not close to the beach, good location, good selection of restaurants.
