“expensive Internet”
Staff are great. Internet access is at an added cost of 100 AED per day. In this day and age of free internet in most cafes - the hotel should provide that for free given the cost of the rooms
“Great Staff”
I stayed at the hotel from 5th March - 10th March and had a great time. The staff are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them.If you're lucky you can get a great view of the emirates towers from your room. My room was always clean and I didn't encounter any problems staying at this hotel. I would definitely recommend it especially if you are looking to avoid the traffic from Deira/Bur Dubai which is horrendous after 5pm. From the Novotel you can get to the Mall of Emirates and Jumeirah Beach pretty quickly without the traffic from the other side. Ideal hotel if you are looking to do a bit of everything in the city and not just to sit on the beach or shop.
“Good deal”
This hotel is a good deal for Dubai. It offers all the amenities you could want.
“Good value hotel”
We only stayed one night but were really pleased with this hotel. The service was excellent and the room were clean and comfortable. The hotel was not too far out of Dubai's main shopping district and beach. Only thing I would say is that the restuarant was quite expensive to eat in.

Although out of main city life it served the requirement which is perfectly clean room, good freindly service.Only stayed 1 night but would highly recommend it. Service as normal for Dubai. Only wish others who charge more could match it. Wake up rest of the world.
“Short stay in Dubai”
I have visited Dubai on Business over 40 times and the price and comfort offered by the Novotel was 2nd to none. Good for the exhibitions as its on the site, but close to other good shops and bars etc, with the Blue Bar in the hotel a good meeting place.

Great deal for the money. Central location to easily access all major sites in the city. We were pleasantly surprised and would definitely go back. Great Expedia recommendation.
“Loved the service!”
This was an amazing place to stay!!!! Simple yet modern. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very considerate. Their shuttle service is extremely helpful!
“Excellent Stay”
Location is great, halfway between the city center and the jumeira beach.Comlimentary shuttle bus to and from City Center mall and Mall of Emirates.Staff are friendly and helpful.Nice Indian restaurant called "Öptions "next door in the convention center.
