“The property is heaven by itself. The One and Only really knows how to pamper its guests.”
The property is simply devine. Complimentary breakfast definitely is one of the best sweeteners of the deal. We stayed at the Arabian Court this time. The room is apacious and gorgeopus with low-profile luxury. We will go back to try out the other part of the property - the Palace - next time.
“the best hotel we have been to nothing was too much trouble. The pool service was fab,”
filled our glasses with water and cleaned our sunglasses. the food was 1st class and so much choice and a choice of places to eat. the hotel was well spead out with lovely grounds to the beach front . would love to go back very soon.
“Excellent hotel !”
I had a short stay at Mirage Royal Palace Hotel, the room had a very comfortable king sized bed and beautifully decorated ... the bathroom is also beautiful and spacious with a bathtub and a seperate jet shower .. the health club of the royal palace hotel is very small and has an extremely small gym, whereas the beach is amazing with very nice sunbeds and the overall service at the beach is excellent ... what falls short at the hotel is the swimming pool though very large as they boast that they have the biggest swimming pool it is over crowded .. i enjoyed the hotel very much and the setting ..
“An oasis in the middle of the...oasis”
Phenominal. Amazing food, great service, great atomosphere, great location. With a minor draw back for the construction going on right in front of the hotel, everything was perfect. Dubai is an amazing city, and the One and Only Royal Mirage is an absolutely fantastic resort.
“Relaxing and luxurious getaway”
Maybe it was the weather, maybe it was Dubai, no wait! it was The Royal Mirage!. Simply it's perfect. We went away for a 4 night getaway and to be honest didn't expect much from it. I thought well how luxurious can it be!! We were wrong. The Resort rooms, surroundings, facilities were amazing. Quality staff, quality dining and quality atmosphere. Their restaurants are top notch. Breakfast was really good and we tried a night outdoors in the arabian lounge and it was a night to remember. They also have a cool dinning area on the roof, were u can chil with drinks under the open skies (really awesome). The best thing about the resort is actually the sourrounding environment. Walking around the resort is so relaxing, it was something we we're looking for every morning after our breakfast. It is clean and well maintained, but what's even amazing was the design of the resort, you feel transformed into another time! The pool was perfect and the facilities too. We highly recommend this resort. Although pricy, but you get quality and luxuray. Granted we stayed around Novemeber which and the weather was very nice.
“Probably the best hotel in the world”
Stayed in the Gold Executive Room in the Palace. The hotel complex and service was impeccable and left nothing to complain. It was a real pleasure to be there. The only gripe I have is about Dubai as I think its souless place no character history or anything, an Arabian Las Vegas but without the numerous casinos. Its not that cheap to shop and restaurants are a bit of a rip off. Its a country in the desert so very very very hot and unpleasent (i.e. 50 degrees and humid). Once again the One and Only Palace is the best of the best hotels : )
“Superb hotel, quality service”
The hotel was fantastic, the service absolutely top class and so the room. Strongly reccomend this hotel in Dubai.
“Beautiful”
Grounds, Pool, staff all very good. Food is 'ok' but not great for the money. Rooftop bar is a great way to unwind after a day in the sun. Cocktails are about £10 each - but ambience makes up for it. The resturants do get booked up early so - you need to book unless you want to go outside and to be honest you'll probably get better quality food outside of the resort. Good location to make your way around. Out of the 3 different hotels in the resort - Arabian Court is the best.
“very expensive”
hotel was first class from the moment you arrive to the moment you depart all staff were so hospitable and always with a smile, only downside was the expense, a can of coke 38 AED nearly £ 7 was ridiculous also the buffet breakfast at £ 25 per head per day was a tad on the high side great place to stay but dont eat or drink there , you will be bankrupt
“Good, but noisy”
Overall, nice hotel, but I would not go back. What I liked: Service & staff excellent Hotel clean, tidy and neat Room immaculate Beach front location Pool clean Food excellent - but see comment below on price What I didn't like Lots of young children (under 4's) at the pool which made the pool a very noisy place Loungers could be hard to come by. Made worse at the weekend by locals coming to use the pool Views from beach looked like a building site You can hear motorway noise on the beach which somewhat takes the edge off a nice relaxing holiday Cost when in the hotel. It's very pricey for drinks and food Unless you used a cab (which are very cheap) there is nothing you can walk to to get other food & drink Staff playing football outside our room in the evening
