“Wonderful Hotel”
The hotel desk staff was wonderful and very professional. From the time of check-in to checkout, I was mad to feel right at home and that everyquestion I asked was answered with professionallism and a smile. I did not eat in any of the resturants except the Pub. The Pub was clean well maintained and comfortable. The service was excellant and the staff there were very friendly and food was excellant. I will stay there again during my next stay in Dubai.

“Raddion Blu”
I spent 2 nights at the Raddison Blue to unwind from Afghanistan and it worked out great! Room was very clean and employees were very nice and friendly.
“Great location, Great Hotel”
We really enjoyed our week-long stay here. 5 star hotel all the way. Staff was great and the rooms were very comfortable and impeccably cleaned. A nice surprise is that the hotel is located about a block from the newly-opened Union metro station. We took this, instead of expensive taxis, to nearly every corner of the city for just a few dollars each trip. Very safe, convenient, clean and a nice way to explore the city. Hotel has a great pool, about 10 restaurants (although we admittedly never ate in them) and free and fast wi-fi. Considering the great rate we got on Expedia, we felt that the hotel far exceeded our expectations.

“Staff were outstanding”
From the moment we checked in the staff of the hotel were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and the concierge desk sorted all our tours out for us as well. The hotel is very close to Union metro station which allows you easy access to all the major shopping malls in Dubai. It is walking distance to the spice and gold souks as well as abra station so you can do a number of things quite easily. There are plenty of restaurants in the hotel to chose from though they aren't always the cheapest. The hotel has a great gym which is a bonus when travelling. The pool area is on the first floor and gets a bit hot during the day but a nice place to have a paddle late afternoon. Overall, I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others.

“Excellent staff”
We expected a queen bed and a sofa sleeper, but only got king beds. Not sure if I misread the description or not. Some of the amenities (extra blankets, hairdryer, etc.) were not easily found, but they were there. But the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and courteous--they made the difference in our stay.

Our family have just returned from 4 days in this hotel. From the time we entered the hotel we were impressed with the level of service provided and in particular the cleanliness of the hotel, the best way I can describe it is to say it is "sparkling clean". We will certainly stay there on our next visit to Dubai and will recommend it to friends, Thanks to all for making our stay so pleasant.
“Pre Cruise Dubai Hotel”
Extremely pleased with the hotel....The hotel was in a great location for walking to the Souks and the Metro station was only a block away. Many restaurants to choose from as well...Actually the hotel was perfect for our pre cruise stay. The hotel personnel were great at giving us directions and fulfilling our needs. Couldn't have been happier. Room was clean and well maintained, and the staff was perfect.
