This is my second time Me and my family were staying in this Hotel appartments, Location is Excellent, walking distance to the Mall of the Emirates besides the Area is quite nice lots of resturants are near by and also transportation is quite easy
“Great apartment for a few days...”
I stayed at this hotel for three nights in February. Overall it was a good experience. The apartment was a nice size for two people, not crowded at all. It was great having two bathrooms as well. I only had two issues with the hotel and one small annoyance. The first is that there was no hot water for the showers. Even tho this is the Middle East, it still gets quite cold in the winter months. It was very uncomfortable having to take cold showers for three days. The other problem was that on the second day, we arrived back for a brief rest at six pm and the room was still not cleaned. After going down to the lobby, someone was sent a short time later and they quickly cleaned the room. The only other thing that was off about the hotel was that there was no free wifi. It's not a requirement but would have been greatly appreciated. The mall is located very close to the Mall of Emirates. It took us less than five minutes to walk there and inside there are many food choices. Besides the mall, there was not much located near the apartment. There is a bus tour from the mall that will take you all over Dubai so this was not an issue. I will be returning to Dubai in the next couple of months and will definitely consider this apartment/hotel for my next trip!

Enjoyed saying at this hotel. It was extremly clean comfortable. Location could not be any better for us. Between my parents, my sister's family and my family, we had two appartment on the same floor. We used the kitchen for breakfast and had lunch and dinner cross the street at athe mall.
“Good location, good value”
The hotel is in a good location a very very short walk to the Mall of the Emirates. For those not familiar with Dubai - this location is not far from all the major attractions and is good base to explore from without being caught in traffic at inopportune times Hotel apartment are spacious if a little bland- however you are not staying in a 5 star hotel or a classic Dubai beach hotel and regardless is very good value for the space you have. One gripe though was the phone number given on the website is actually the fax number - which is a pain if your taxi driver can't locate the building. On tip is to tell the driver the Time Topaz apartments are at the traffic lights just before the Citi Max Hotel in Al Barsha- I spent 20 minutes trying to find hotel before - but is actually very easy to find with these directions!
