“Great Value!”
When we arrived in Dublin we were unaware of how wonderful this hotel would be. We had just come from a luxurious hotel in the Dingle Peninsula and Morehampton is NOT luxurious. What it is, is a great value, very conveniently located near wonderful food and the busline to Dublin. We had a family emergency and the staff was incredibly helpful and supportive. The room did not have any drawers to unpack but a big armoire, comfy beds and a small but very nice ensuite bathroom. We would stay there again - it was quiet and convenient. Very closely situated to a coffee shop (although the breakfast there was delicious!), pharmacy, two wonderful dinner places - O'Connells and Kileys. Veman, Laura and Inge were very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you all!!
“Good service”
I couldn't have asked for better service from the front desk. The hotel has recenty been renovated - it used to be a hostel. I was comfortable enough and the wireless was free, so generally happy. However, I did notice that it is marginally cheaper than Bewleys in Ballsbridge, which I know well and would definitely have been a more comfortable stay. Having said that, it is a budget hotel and the room was clean, service was good and friendly. I couldn't expect too much more for the price.
