“OK”
For a relatively modern hotel, this one is rather funky in its architecture and layout. Nevertheless, its amenities are great and comfortable. The staff are invariably pleasant, friendly and most helpful. Finally, its location above the beach and with easy access to the Old City and Lapad is a real positive.
“happy customer”
The hotel was just what we needed for a relaxing break ...the weather helped too! Visiting at the end of March we weren't sure what the weather would be like - but it was lovely, so the hotel's location by the beach was excellent. The hotel is only a short (and scenic) walk away from the old town - or a quick bus journey (frequent local buses pass close by). I'd imagine that in the height of the summer it would be great to escape the crowds and return to the tranquility of the Bellevue. The staff were attentive and helpful without being in your face. The only slight criticism would be there wasn't enough veggie or non-fish options on the menu.
“Classy and Modern”
Excellent hotel with superb location, about 15 mins walk to the old town with its own beach, beautiful views of sea and coast line from our room. The hotel is modern and stylish, staff very helpful and friendly.
“Spectacular view”
Spectacular view and setting overlooking private cove and beach. Worth paying the small amount extra for a balcony for incredibly peaceful and secluded place to look out over the sea.
“excellent relaxing break”
lovely spacious room with side on sea view asked for better reading lights got this straight away staff very polite and helpful, l'occitaine toiletries plentiful and replenished my favourite plus excellent choice of breakfast had poached eggs and mushroom omlette specially made fresh plus lovely sour cherries and stewed plums fresh bread each day and dried figs to have with plain yogurt and muesli used hydro pool three times as very wet that week sea view from window- would definitely recommend this very relaxing break -parking also free but walked into Dubrovnik eat at Gruz Otto's for cheaper more adventurous food only 12 minutes walk

A really good experience. We were a couple on vacation and our week's stay was memorable for all the right reasons. Friendly welcoming staff that seemed always on the ball and ready to help. The room was equipped and maintained to a high standard.

The hotel is comfortable with friendly, English speaking staff. It is modern with good facilities and services, convenient to the Old City, and with a lovely sea view. Just about everything one could want for a trip to the area. Highly recommended.

We would like to express our appreciation for the superior service we received during our stay at the Bellevue. In particular Ivana and Davor were pleasant, warming and more than helpful and we feel deserve a great deal of praise for their excellent customer service as they made our stay in Croatia a very joyous and memorable occasion for both of us. If you could please pass on these comments to them and the other staff who made us feel at home in the hotel, it would be very much appreciated. Credit to you and your staff for making our stay in Dubrovnik a great one – we look forward to staying again in the future
