“Very impressed!”
The Mercuer Hotel Dusseldorf is a very clean and comfortable hotel. it's about 15-20 minutes walk to the old town centre, or you can easily just catch a tram(719) outside the hotel- always comes on time! it's also useful to know there is train(S11) service from airport to this hotel, cost Euro2.30 per person one way. unlike us paid 26euro for the taxi service.
“Dusseldorf's Best!”
Perfect location, right next to the train station. Absolutely wonder food! Room service was amazing and priced competitavly to outside resturants. Breakfast buffet was simply wonderful, best I've ever seen! We forgot our cell phone charger and they were prepared with chargers of all brands. Minibar was cheaper than some of the outside convience stores. Thanks for a wonderful stay and wonderful service.
“A good choice in Dusseldorf”
Rooms clean, comfortable and of a good size. Good breakfasts.
“Luxurious bedding”
Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. We had refurbished room on second floor, The room was spacious and well laid out. Huge bed, fabulous cotton sheets and a pillow menu (seriously!) Most comfortable bed remember having in a hotel. There is a bit of noise from the train line which is nearby and the hotel is a bit out of town (about 20 min walk to the old town). Otherwise faultless
“Sorat is a good place to stay”
The hotel is not really in the city center but is quite close to most of the attractions I aimed, including the shopping area, the river Rhine and the Altstadt. You almost don't need to use the transportation to go to any of these places if you have some fitness.

Was on business, a quick trip and in general it was a nice hotel, in line with the price. It was slightly bigger considering Europe's standards.
“Good base for Messe”
Excellent train and tram links to all parts of Duesseldorf. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and functional rooms. A little noisy at the front once trams start runing but ear plugs provided :) Overall, I would certainly use tis hotel again.
“Comfortable Dusseldorf Hotel”
The Sorat Hotel was nice hotel with very friedly staff who were always willing to assist. The breakfast was good and had a wide selection of food. The hotel is well situated just outside of the city center and can be easily accessed by a tram (there is a stop very close) or by foot. A train station was very close as well. Room was comfortable but don't expect to get much TV time as there are limited channels and only CNN in English. Bathroom was practical. However, the shower was a little small for me. The free wireless internet was a bonus and provided good access. Overall, a decent hotel at a reasonable cost. Would recommend.
