“really nice”

Friendly and helpful staff, was pleasantly surprised to be given a sea view room as I was not expecting one and room was spotless and comfy

“2 days in eastbourne”

This was a perfectly adequate, pleasant stayand I filled in the comment form in my room. 215.

“Not wonderful”

I am not a person that likes to complain. But I think for those that travel, hotel comfort is important. The hotel staff were helpful but other than that my rateings of the place are low. The room though small was hot and had no air conditioning. Postive: the bathroom was new but that was all that was new in the hotel and the hotel was practically on the beach front.

“Needs work, small room and rude staff.”

The staff spoke very little English. The bartender was quite rude. Bar closed very early for a Saturday night. Room was very small an I could not even use the toilet as it was so close to the wall. Overall, NOT IMPRESSED!
