This property far exceeded my expectations. It was great as is, but the above and beyond touches were a welcome surprise; (good!) breakfast 'til 10, 24hr pool, popcorn & cookies in the lobby. Great stay.

Hot tub not working for the whole time. We were there said it's been down for 4 days prior to us getting there. I've worked maintenance and hot tubs my whole life and there's not too much. You can't get fixed and quicker time

The young lady at the front desk was a doll. So helpful and her customer service was amazing. I am speaking of the young lady with the red strip of hair. Don't lose her, she is a keeper!!! The breakfast was also very good.

Large room, clean, comfortable. Very good value. Very disappointed that hot tub was out of order. One of our main reasons for choosing this motel. Staff tried to compensate us with a Starbucks gift card. They tried. Some other guests very noisy til after midnight.

I pre paid for 1 rm Friday. 2 rooms Sat. As we had family coming for Easter. Front desk let me check in first thing in morning because we were gonna be gone til 2am and we'd be back from Lumen field late but could get key. I got in exhausted and was told no room available. I then said I already paid and did paper work. I did it all again at 2:30am. Is a great place but they need to make it easier to do check in and get key ugh.
