“Would come back and stay again”
Perfect location, quiet peaceful end on strip. 2 queen size beds,fairly all new furniture in room. Tight quarters, but we only slept there. Aprox. little over a mile to Island. Easy bike ride even our 8 years old had no problem making there and around island bike trail. Walking distnace to shops as well. Would go back to stay there again.

The rooms were small, but clean. The mirror was very low, but that's not a big deal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Mosquitos in the area were terrible! Bring bug spray!

the best time ever great staff raymond the mgr is the best loved the entire 7 days was wonderfull great grilling area grat friends also residing there breakfast on the grill was wonderful
“cool place on Chincoteague”
Great place for folks traveling with pets. That's particularly important, but the place is clean, quiet and conveniently located.

I was pleasantly surprised by America's Best Suite Hotel at Chincoteague, considering it is an older property. The internet worked perfectly all the time, the Manager was hardworking and responsive to all requests. The pool was clean and the BBQ pit near the pool was cleaned in the evening, which I used a couple times. We had as much privacy as possible considering the proximity of the rooms. The Hotel is all one level, and had a family atmosphere, located on the Maddox Avenue, now where the new Bridge places you.. and near all the main attractions and restaurants. The only down side is the air conditioning unit which did cool the room unevenly so it was not the greatest "sleeping" conditions, but again it was an older hotel with real 'keys' . Cleaniness was adequate, towels good,, bring your own toiletries and beach towels. The internet worked the whole week we were there. Very nice .. better than i had anticipated.
“Not super impressed”
Needed a last minute reservation for as little as possible. Room was quite small compared with what the pictures made it look like. Overall was clean with the exception of the shower head(moldy/mildew) and shower curtain. Price was great. Continental breakfast was a bit skimpy and no variety day-to-day.
“A bit disappointed”
If you are simply looking for a bed, this motel (it is not a hotel) is fine. Although the furnishings were old, the room was clean and the beds were comfy, and the location is ideal. But, the rooms were tiny and if I had to do it again, I'd spend a few bucks more and go a block or two away to the Quality Inn. The management was very nice and tried their best. The breakfast was some muffins and bagels and canned juice arranged in the lobby, which is so small you have to take the food back to your room to eat. However, there are only two chairs in the room, so most folks just ate on the floor of the little walkway outside the rooms. In short, it was fine for a night, but not much for the money. We would not go back.
“wasn't bad at all”
currently it seems that the current owners are in the process of updating the rooms.. what was completed to date was fresh and pleasing. would stay again
