The staff were great - check in was easy and they were so willing to help with any of our needs. The suite was very clean and had every thing we needed. Beds were comfy and pillows were dreamy. Room was a little cold one night but they were very accommodating by providing an extra heater and some more blankets. Hotel felt safe and was quiet. Would highly recommend!

The unit had a small kitchen that was convenient for making small meals. Good selection of restaurants within walking distance. Parking spots are right but the lot is security monitored.

This property is in a great location for easy walking distance to the hospital. Luckily with VIP access I received free parking, otherwise I think the parking fee of $25 per night is abit excessive considering we were warned not to leave anything in our vehicle for fear of break-ins (we didn’t have an issue). The parking stalls are extremely tight. The AHS parking is $14.25 for 24 hours. The staff was extremely helpful especially when we extended our stay and at the last minute needed to cancel because my husband was discharged from the hospital early. We had the one bedroom suite. They also may want to work on the heating system, we found the room cold and couldn’t seem to get the thermostat to work and when we advised them they informed us there was a small space heater in the closet - it worked to warm up the room but not an acceptable solution based on the room rates. The walls are also thin (which explains the provided ear plugs on the night stand). We were in room 704 and in the bedroom could clearly hear the people next door (they may have been loud and we only heard them on two of the nights). Despite the minor negatives we still wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

Great location if your child lives near the U of A or you’re attending an event at the U of A. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean and functional

The employees were amazing!!! They have a treasure chest for little ones to pick out of it when they arrive! The room was bigger than we expected and everything I asked for was in the room (extra blankets and pillows)

The staff is beyond outstanding! They helped us arrange a last minute family gathering and they could not possibly have been more warm or accommodating. The downside is that the place is a tad worn, and walls and doors are truly paper thin. However, that said, the superb employees more than make up for any deficits.

I have not stayed at Campus Towers since Covid. I really liked the proximity to the hospital and the train. We were able to walk to McDonalds and enjoyed a nice quiet, clean room!
