“Nice”
This is an older hotel but it has been upkept. The pool was nice and not crowded during our stay, however the chlorine level seemed very high. A coupon for breakfast is given for 2 and it is held at a coffee shop across the parking lot, but it does not included any beverages (coffee, milk, etc), those will cost you extra. Hint: bring your own coffee from your hotel room, since you have a coffeemaker & coffee there?! This hotel also accepts pets for an additional fee, which some in the area do not.

A luggage name tag had torn off my suitcase and was found in the hotel parking lot. The Hotel manager mailed it back to me at my home. I believe that says a lot about the service there.

The hotel was nice and very easy to find. great shopping close. staff was super helpful, with carring my bags, giving me GREAT directions around town and making my stay compable. only thing was web site did not tell me there was only stairs to get to the rooms, but I will go back next time in town.
“Would definitely stay here again”
This was the final hotel on a two week vacation and it was the best by far. We had requested a standard room with two queen beds and we got a suite with a King and Queen. It was clean and very quiet and pleasant. The pool area was right around the corner from our room and it was also very well maintained.
“Elko Home Away from Home!”
We were traveling to Elko for the first time and were very pleased with the hotel. We took a day trip to Twin Falls Idaho and saw some very beautiful country including Shoshone Falls. Make sure you go there if you get the chance!
“Old school comfort”
I was surprised when the clerk handed me a real metal key rather than a plastic key card. The room was large. The bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a hotel - particularly great as the only ones I've ever slept in better were considerably more expensive with more stars. The room was clean, with the exception of a Pepsi can under the bed. Breakfast was advertised as free, which it was - but the arrangement was interesting. At check in the clerk gave me meal coupons good at two nearby restaurants for a free 'Shilo' breakfast. You could order the three options from the Shilo menu or get $4 off of something on their regular menu. We went with the Shilo menu and were stuffed. It was delicious. My only complaint is that going to a restaurant, ordering, and waiting for the meal took longer than grabbing something quickly in the lobby and eating quickly as we are usually in a hurry to go were we need to go. Overall, I'd go again.
“Little town - big value”
Beautiful lobby, great staff. We had never stayed here before, so we were no quite sure what to expect. The room was very large and very comfortable. The pool was open 24 hours a day, which was fantastic. We even got a free breakfast at the coffee shop that shares the parking lot with this motel. There was a mini-fridge and microwave in the room, as well as a little coffee pot. This made it easier to bring in snacks, rather than having to go out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a small gym, neat and clean, as well as a steam and sauna. For the price we paid, this was a value that couldn't be beat. You can bet we will be staying there again.
