“Pleasantly Surprised”

The hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were helpful although a little bit reserved.The meals I had were good value and good quality. The local area feels safe and there is a reasonably convenient tube station (15 mins by foot).

“Not that good anymore”

They couldn't find details of my booking and it took half an hour to get checked in. The breakfast was very poor and the service at breakfast non-existent.

“Basic”

Very basic overpriced. Shower didn't work, mould on the ceiling as there was no fan or windows in the bathroom. No room service before or 10am or after 10pm. no heating, no airconditioning, No fridge. Not at what i expected. 2/5
