"The pictures on Expedia were misleading and did not accurately reflect the condition of the property. At the time of booking, there was no indication that the pool was out of service or that the gym was closed. These are important amenities, and both the hotel and Expedia should ensure that such information is clearly disclosed before guests make a reservation.
In my opinion, this property is closer to a motel than a hotel. The complimentary breakfast was extremely limited, consisting of a small table with a few flavored yogurts, some donuts that appeared stale, bananas, apples, and a coffee machine that produced very weak, poor-quality coffee.
The cleanliness and maintenance of the property were also concerning. The bed sheets had stains that appeared to be blood residue, there was visible rust in the bathroom, mold was present on the floor, and the refrigerator contained food residue left behind by a previous guest. These conditions suggest that the room was not properly cleaned before my arrival and made the stay uncomfortable.
Had the actual condition of the property and the unavailable amenities been accurately disclosed, I would not have booked this hotel. I believe future guests should be made aware of these issues before making a reservation."
