"We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was really clean and the hot tub was great! My only complaint is that I didn't get any responses to phone calls or texts. I didn't get a link to check in. We went to the office for help and no one was there. We drove around the property until we found someone to help us. Once we made contact with someone they were very helpful. The person that helped me said if you book with Expedia you don't get a link to check in. I tried making contact several times within the 24 hours leading up to check in and didn't get a response. Overall our stay was great. But they need to work on communicating with guests."
