“Very nice place”

I was treated like a special guest. The room was clean, the TV worked, and the airconditioner was great. Bathroom is small but adequate.

“Nice place, good loaction.”

Nice place to stay.

“Nice hotel in Etters”

I would stay here again. Hotel is not that bad. Average Super 8 Hotel. My main concern is always cleansiness and customer service, and they met my expectations.

“Well....”

Desk service friendly, back door lock broken (I read other reviews, it appears this lock has been broken for months) which means the whole building is open to the public, room wasn't bad although the toilet definitely needed a good scrub. I have paid less and had better hotel rooms in other places.

“OK for what we needed”

It's a nice room if your just gonna stay overnight. Bathroom was small and door stuck. Dresser was missing a drawer..The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Restaurants were close.It was directly off the highway.The breakfast was Continental-Cereals,bagels,danishes and juice and coffee,tea.Ther's a small coffee maker in the room--bring your own coffee and bottled water--tasted funny.

“Not Impressed”

Granted that this is a budget hotel with the bare minimum amenities, however the room that we were alloted upon arrival had a very bad stink to it. It had a mini-refridgerator that did not work. The staff on duty did change the room for us but claimed no knowledge of the existence of the refrigerator in the room and told me that its not standard room equipment. The new room did not stink, had no refrigerator but at least we could sleep peacefully in it. The front desk staff was on the cellphone on what looked like a personal call when I went in to return the card key to the previous room. I assumed they would switch the morning wake up call that I'd requested to the new room since the front desk lady appeared to be glued to her cell phone. They did not! I guess that was too much to expect.

“This Hotel Needs More Cleaning”

The location was convenient. The hotel staff was friendly. The room I stayed in, another story. The bathroom needed better cleaning, and the bed sheets needed to be washed with bleach.

“Made me nervous....”

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. However, our room was on the far side of an adjoining building that was nearly vacant and the hotel rooms opened directly to the outside. This would not have been a problem except for the man who was sitting on the concrete walkway when we arrived at the room in the evening. He was still there in the morning. Had I been alone, I would have left the hotel out of concern for my safety.
