“Great expiriance!”
Nice and clean place to stay with very reasonable prices. Very caring, and helpful staff. Best customer service received then at any 5 star hotels.

It does appear to be one of those more cheaper and low class hotels like most of the ones where parking is right outside your room door, but the rooms are clean and the service is great. There's a huge number of things just given at this hotel that most hotels don't even offer: working full sized stove with four top burners, small refridgerator with freezer box inside, microwave, kitchen sink (in addition to your bathroom sink), and because you have all this, they're nice enough to throw in a set of dishes including silverware, bowls, plates, saucers and cookware, all in a drying rack so they can be cleaned and reused. Even lots of cubbard space. This is all in your own room mind you, not a shared community kitchen. Plus cable and HBO along with a free DSL line if you're bringing a laptop or something. It's seemed to be packed every night but people are usually checking out every morning after only one night, so it's pretty quiet like most of the town is. All in all it is a fantastic buy for the price and it's probably one of the best hotels in the area.
“I'd stay again”
This was a smaller lodging, but it served well for my needs. They had a microwave and mini-fridge in the room which I found very handy. The service from the hotel office was excellent. They handled all of our needs quickly. Located near downtown area - great for shopping!
“Will Stay here again”
Motel was great, had a nice breakfast, good coffee and nice staff. Will stay again here rather then anywhere else for the price in Eugene.. Was very clean.
“Cheap pleasant stay”
I stayed in Eugene for a job interview. I needed someplace cheap with internet. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I was a little annoyed because I specifically picked the hotel because of the free wireless internet, but the signal was so weak in my room I couldn't even work. The staff was nice enough to let me sit in the lobby until 10pm so I could work with a stronger signal. The next morning the signal in my room was better and I could stay in there. There seemed to be some "residents" at the hotel, but no one bothered me or made me feel uncomfortable. Overall an inexpensive and pleasant stay.
“Would stay again”
We were pleasantly suprised with this motel. As we were driving to the motel, the area didn't seem like the best part of town. The rooms were very nice, ours even had a jacuzzi bath tub. It was quiet and we would definatly stay again.

Great. Glad they had a microwave a and fridge in the room. Free breakfast was a nice touch also.
“the name is actually apt”
one might expect a place that calls itself "best value" to be low priced but gross, or gross and not really all that low priced. but this place is nice, and the prices really were the lowest (of all the ones i looked at, anyway). the proprietor is a kick, too. you'll find yourself wanted to just hang out in the office with him. (don't. i mean, he does have a job. but you'll feel like it.
