“Loved it!!!”
Loved it!! It went beyond our expectations. The breakfast in the Skinners restuarant was excellent!! We will stay again when we are in the area.
“Visiting our UO family member...”
We got a GREAT rate (through Expedia), and I was frankly a bit worried (the "you get what you pay for" maxim...). But everything was great! When we arrived, we asked at checkin if we could get non-feathered linens - the staff was in our room taking care of this before we made it up two minutes later. More snappy service later, too. A clean room, a quiet hotel, location convenient to the University and downtown.

Great staff. We were in town to visit the campus. They represent their company well and are great ambassodor's for the community. Can't wait to stay there again.

“Nice hotel, excellent housekeeping, convenient to downtown, kind of $$$”
I attended a conference at this hotel so it was convenient to stay there. The hotel staff is great, very accomodating, and helpful. They have excellent housekeepers. The room was nice - maybe a little overpriced. Nice amenities, nice restaurant on location, convenient walking distances to many places downtown. The only downside (besides the price) was the train. It goes through Eugene MANY times day and night. The tracks are about two blocks away from the hotel. The engineer is a little enthusiastic with the whistle. Definitely not the hotel's fault but something to consider. They do provide earplugs. Asking for a room on the south side of the hotel would probably help.

We had a great stay. Eugene is small and I wouldn't be surprised if this is the best play to stay there. The hotel was very nice, our bed was extremely comfortable, and everything was very clean and well-done.
