"Hotel was clean, great AC for the heatwave and our room was a triple and large for a Hotel in Rome. The rooftop terrace is a great spot for a drink or light dinner. Centrally located to everything."

"The service was great, the people there were very helpful in navigating me and assisting with issues I had. Unfortunately it was overall poorly maintained and quite dirty, I understand the price but it simply was unacceptable and had to wipe down the place myself. I did not expect lavish I simply just wanted a clean place when I arrived."

"We had a good stay at the Timbers Inn. Breakfast was good, staff was helpful and friendly. The location was good and there was ample parking. Only complaint is that the wifi was not strong and because its a refurbished motel setting, the hotel rooms were a bit noisy, both from outside noise, yelling homeless people, and also people walking around in other rooms."
