Overall the hotel and its setting are very nice. However the room I was in (3) seemed to have all the water and drainage pipes running through the ceiling, which was quite noisy when another quest turned on a tap or something else.

“Grubby”

Had a rusty open safety pin on the floor of the bathroom amongst a lot of dust and dirt. The floors needed a vacuum and the bath a dose of bleach. Nice quiet rural location with easy parking and free wireless internet. Needs some TLC.
