"Rooms are normally clean but there was a mistake with my reservation. The front desk auditor (light skinned black male wearing a black shirt and khaki pants) and manager helped and I was served well. Even being told by the night shift manager (a middle Eastern woman wearing a pink shirt and dark corrupted pants) that I would be given a refund for my stay due to the error in the system. However, when I spoke to Expedia representatives the following day to process the refund request, the property managers would not honor their word. Will not be staying here again if they will not honor their word."
