“5 star experience at Navutu Stars”
Fabulous staff, excellent food, personalized service, maximum relaxation, great for couples- highly recommended.
“Peaceful and Relaxing Island”
Very nice and lovely resort. Such a amazing place!!!! All staffs are also nice and friendly. We have not seen any people like them before. They always smile and greeting.
“The Perfect Honeymoon Spot”
Chose Navutu Stars for our honeymoon because it looked like the most romantic, intimate and secluded resort in Fiji. It delivered on all of those and more! Location: Felt like our very own island. Although far from Nadi/Denarau, it was relatively easy to get to...via Turtle Airways (30 min's; great aerial views of islands/reefs) or Yasawa Flyer (4 hours; equally scenic). Very beautiful, scenic landscapes and plenty of snorkeling around the resort. Great sunrises AND sunsets. Resort: Only resort on island with 9 adult-only Bures! Woohoo! Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Clean/modern Fiji vibe decor. So so beach (due to tidal pool; better, private beach on north side) but plenty of free (kayak, snorkeling, etc) and cheap (snorkeling, etc) activities around. Highly recommend Grand Bure #1. You'll be treated to sunrises&sunsets from a huge, private balcony overlooking the ocean and surrounding islands. Staff: The manager, Ed, and very friendly staff were extremely accommodating. Went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Also, genuinely nice people, curious to know about us and willing to share about them/their village. And, they knew when to give us our space. Very well-trained. Food: Very tasty. You'll become addicted to fresh baked muffins, mini spring rolls&samosas, lobster salad, and fresh fish. Dinner lobster wasn't as good, possibly overcooked, but everything else was great. Overally, highly recommend Navutu. It was a dream honeymoon in paradise.
“Great Honeymoon Stay!”
This was a great honeymoon stay! We truly enjoyed all of the staff we met: they provided such an attention to detail and were so helpful that it was hard to break away to return home. The views are amazing (of course!) and the facilities provide the privacy we wanted, but also enough opportunity to explore and meet others at times.
“Couldn't ask for a better place”
Excellent get away. What makes it special is that only a few rooms are available.
“Relaxing at Navutu Stars Resort”
It was our 9th anniversary and the most spectacular place of all our travels: Staff - Fijian villagers, extremely friendly, happy, and eager to meet needs. Accomodations were clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Beds were like sleeping on a cloud. Each bure had a great view of the beach, with bouganvilla, hibiscus, bananas, and coconut palms. Fresh flower arrangements were replaced daily. Food was definitely gourmet, and huge servings. Activities: All beaches were private, with swimming (ocean and pool), snorkeling, and kayaking. True relaxation.
“A magical experience”
Navutu Stars Hotel is an oasis of tranquility, with very friendly and professional staff and management. From the beautiful arrival ceremony to an equally magical departure ceremony where one is greeted and sent off with music, the experience was utterly memorable and relaxing. The rooms are spacious, clean and a few steps from the sea. The food is generally of a high standard. The activities that are offered, such as visits to local village and school, provide an insight to local Fijian life. This small intimate hotel manages to be rooted in its location and community while, at the same time, providing world class comfort and service. We unreservedly recommend this hotel despite its distance from the mainland
“It surpassed our expectations!!!”
I spent five days in this paradise with my boyfriend and it turned to be one of the most fantastic experiences of our lives. It is hard to actually put in words how wonderful the resort is. Very beautiful, scenic landscapes and plenty of snorkeling around the resort, including the famous Blue Lagoon. The food was amazing, a mix of local and Italian. The staff call you by first name and everything is tailored to your needs and desires, they are very careful even with small details. All the activities we took part in (not compulsory) were interesting and exciting and showed how much the resort cares about the environment as well as the cultural heritage of the local communities. We highly recommend this resort to anyone wanting to get away from the world. It was total relaxation and total enjoyment!
“Will be returning as soon as possible”
Total relaxation on an almost deserted Island. An amazing location and we received the most wonderful and personal service from genuinely caring and friendly staff.
“Wonderful time in Navutu Star”
The staff were so nice and welcoming. They provided different activities everyday and some were free. The bure was big and clean and very closed to the sea. Although it didn't have air-condition, it was fine sleeping at night with the fan on. We just love sitting on the bench and enjoying our own time. The hotel was very suitable for couples who wanted some time for themselves. Take a walk to the village behind the hotel, meet the local village people. Bring mosquito repellent for sure! The hotel was far away from the main Island. You need to take 4+ hours on a ship from the Denarau marine port. Stongely recommend to take the turtle airway. You can enjoy the beautiful view of all the islands. It will drop you at the turtle island and the hotel staff will pick you up there.
