“Very comfortable room, great breakfast”
Staff very helpful, convenient location, bed was very comfortable, awesome breakfast.
“Very nice”
Everything was great. Certainly hadn't expected such a tasty free breakfast! I have only one complaint and that was that check-in was at 3:00. Would have preferred it somewhat earlier. Otherwise, totally satisfied. More amenities than expected.
“Pleasant experience”
Hotel was within driving distance of NAU, many stores and shopping areas, and was walking distance to a Denny's and Cracker Barrel. Room was on the side of a main road, but it was quiet. Pool was very clean and pleasant to relax at. Bath towels were fairly small, but hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and lotion were all provided. I enjoyed the coffee pot in the room and the continental breakfast had plenty of choices.
“Comfortable Lodging”
The hotel was adequate for my needs. It was clean and and comfortable althouth there was not a whole lot of living space. Bathroom was very small. You can hear the nearby railroad traffic but this was not really a problem. A good value - I'd stay here again when visiting Flagstaff.
“Clean, friendly, but noisy”
I would stay here again. Well worth the money. We had been warned in advance that a train passes near Lucky Lane, so we brought ear plugs, which I recommend to you all. Every hotel on this side of town is near the train tracks, and a train passes at least once an hour every hour. Otherwise, great location. Right next to a Cracker Barrel restaurant, and very close to the down town area. The pool is nice also.
“Good hotel to stay in while in Flagstaff”
The Quality Inn East was a satisfactory hotel/motel to stay in while in Flagstaff. I spent hours on the Expedia site selecting a place to stay, comparing prices, reviews etc. I am familiar with the town so I knew the problem of hearing the trains no matter where you stay, if you're looking for a mid price room. With the window unit fan on, I never heard the trains and my sleep was not disturbed by them, or traffic. My room was clean and well kept, though the pillows were very flat, however I never bothered to ask for more or others. If you don't want housekeeping to knock on your door at 8 am to see if you've left, remember to put the "Do Not Disturb" sign out.
“I very clean and neat place”
The Hotel is very quiet and friendly,restaurants are nearby.
“Lucky Lane Quality Inn”
This hotel was very clean, a bit loud because it is next to I-40 and the train through Flagstaff but it is a great place to stay if you are just going to be in the room overnight. The continental breakfast was also one of the best I've seen.

I found this hotel to have nice comfortable accomodations. A plus was the complimentary contnental breakfast.
