“Great for the price”

The hotel was very busy. The on-duty manager was handling questions, the phones and check-in on his own and yet he answered every question with a genuine smile. He acknowledged all the people waiting as they joined the ever-increasing line. We went to have breakfast the next morning and decided to go across the parking lot to Denny's. The breakfast was, indeed, deluxe and every person staying in the place decided to eat the same time we did and there was not place in the entire lobby to sit. We came back when breakfast was over and the staff was swabbing the floors and thoroughly scouring the surfaces and the microwave. The place could use some updating and it looks like they are doing it room by room. It was clean and comfy and just right for the price.

“Quiet and Comfortable”

The Ramada Hotel in Flagstaff was very spacious, comfortable, warm and very quiet even with the local trains going by. The breakfast was just the basics (cereal, coffee, pastries), but sufficed for the morning. The staff were very friendly.

“Nice for the Price!”

It may not be super fancy, but it was clean, convient and comfortable. A wonderful price for the season. There was a $100 deposit which I got back the next day. I never herd a train and there were many restruants in the area. The Holiday Inn is next door and I would rather stay here for the price diffrence.

“good time in flagstaff”

Was a little iffy when we booked this hotel. Reading past reviews the stay could go either way, good or bad. I could not have been more pleased. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable with plenty of pillows. The continental breakfast was the best I have come across yet. I had a nice time in flagstaff and would definetly recommend this hotel.

“Great Upgrades - Very Impressed”

The hotel was beautifully upgraded and very, very clean and comfortable. The problems we faced were because they were short staffed and did not get to our fixes in our room. We were disappointed the problems that were promised to be fixed immediately never were addressed. We stayed in a room with maintenance problems when we could have simply switched rooms in the beginning of our stay :( Everything, besides the lack of attention to problems and ability to fix the problems were great. Great rooms, beds, pool area, location, breakfast! Things would have been perfect if only the staff came through and addressed the problems. Hopefully, you'll have better luck with a perfect room and perfect stay!

“Better than Expected”

The hotel web site doesn't mention afew things: Our room was supplied with an iron and ironing board, refrigerator and built in hair dryer in addition to the TV. Full Bath, not just a shower, nice lemony soap, skin cream, shampoo and conditioner, shower cap provided. Super comfortable King Bed with lots of fluffy pillows. Comfy armchair with ottoman somewhat old fashioned but clean and in good condition. Breakfast buffet is standard continental (cereal, oatmeal, bagels, english muffins, blueberry muffins, donuts, fruit) with the singular addition of hot biscuits and gravy!!! Very yummy. We have stayed at several different hotels in Flagstaff. All were more expensive, none were as comfortable. No matter where you go, you will hear the train at night, so that is not even a consideration. Hotel is in a quiet industrial area, but it's just a place to sleep, not a resort. We give this place two thumbs up, will stay here again.

“Surprisingly wonderful!”

This hotel was so affordable that I was a little concerned. I'm a single woman with a pet going cross country. I booked all my nights ahead of time. The staff was great, the bedding comfortable and breakfast was fine.

“Nice room and sleep till wake up call”

Nice and comfortable rooms. TV works, air conditioner works. Beds were quite comfortable. Sleep through the night, till our wake call came thru. I would stay again. Nice, heated pool. Kids loved it.

Hotel quality and price were great. Beds and Continental Breakfast were great. Convenient location. We will be back.
