“Super Convenient”
Very convenient to all the major spots. Close to the train station.

The price was decent and the area is close to the terminal and most attractions to walk to. The room was as expected, the breakfast was better than expected.

the alba hotel was very nice. the staff was also very helpful even when they had trouble with the language. the room was very nice and comfortable. plush towels in the bathroom and a great breakfast setup every morning.free internent made it very easy to stay in touch with family and to book reservations in other cities.

The staff was very helpful. I forgot my museum e tickets at home and they went online and printed them out for me and saved our vacation. This hotel was an easy walk to the Duomo and other sites.

Very clean, comfortable hotel with extremely friendly staff and a good breakfast. Well located for getting around. Would certainly recomend the hotel to others. Thank you for a great time!
“Excellent hotel”
We stayed one night and had a great room. Two levels with two queen beds. The bathroom was the largest I've seen in Europe with a big jacuzzi tub and shower combo. Not sure if every room has this, but it was extremely nice!
“Friendly Hotel”
The location of this hotel is excellent for both sightseeing, train and bus services all of which are approximately five minutes away. Staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast gets you off to a good start for the day. I would recommend this hotel for all ages and would use it again when I return to Florence.

“I Will Return!”
Found the hotel easily, as per the directions I found on the hotel's website, just over 2 blocks from Santa Maria Novella train station. The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. Checked in without a problem; my room, #300, was spotless and ready. I had booked a single, but was placed in a double with a full/queen bed...an unexpected bonus! Huge flatscreen TV. Window with view of the street. Available AC. Small, but very modern bathroom with shower, toilet/bidet & hairdryer. The glass elevator was awesome (I had been warned by relatives to be prepared to lug my luggage up stairs & not to expect elevators!). Free internet (it did go down twice for an hour, but so does mine at home). Pretty good breakfast was included; 3 types of cereal (excellent granola), fresh fruit, breakfast breads, cold cuts, cheeses, jams, milk, juices, yogurt and pastries. Made to order hot chocolate and espresso, as well as a pot of "American" coffee...overall, a great way to start the day. Helpful, courteous staff who pointed out the high-priced restaurants and made some good recommendations. I had a terrific stay and would love to come back; hopefully soon!
