“Service went 'above & beyond' the norm”

Staff was unusually helpful. Due to an injury, I was on crutches. Before I could even ask, the clerk immediately stated she would put me on the ground floor. An employee escorted me back to my vehicle and even offered to meet me at my room to help unload luggage. The room was pleasant and clean. I was given a handicapped room (again without my asking) ... the bathroom was unexpectedly large, more handicapped bars than normal and even a seat in the shower. The next day I was allowed a late checkout so that I woud not have to rush back from a funeral and again offered assistance loading the van. Clean rooms are expected, but when staff go "above and beyond," it's a place I know that I'll visit again.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Rooms were clean.
