It was perfect. Everything went smooth, staff was courtious and professional. This was my 4th stay and shall go back when needed.

Hotel was used as an overnight stop on a longish road trip. We were more than satified with the our room and would reccommend the hotel to anyone looking for a well maintained place to stay overnight.
“Great Hotel”
Excellent hotel. The only bad thing I can think of was no fruit on the breakfast bar. Staff was extremely nice and hotel was clean!

I travel to Florence frequently and I will definitely go back to this hotel if I need to stay overnight. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable. I did not want to eat out after a very long day of travelilng so I went to a nearby Food Lion, got some food and wine and chilled in my room. I was a woman traveling alone and I felt very safe in this hotel. The staff were courteous. My only issue was the AC. Although it worked well it was loud whenever it turned on. The breakfast was adequate but the waffle/pancake maker was not working. I disagree with a previous review that said it was loud due to the traffic. Altough this is right off Interstate 95 I did not hear any traffic.
“Mixed review”
The hotel was clean. Front desk service was horrible when we arrived. The free breakfast was not well stocked as the TV ads would lead you to believe. Morning front desk service was outstanding. This is a midway stop on our trip and all we want is a clean place to sleep and maybe eat. It serves our purpose.
